Refund Policy
To initiate a return, please send us an email at hello@luminanceglow.com and include the following information:
- Name
- Order ID
- Email address
- Details or reason for the return
We will respond to your request within 24-48 hours after receiving your email.
Important:
If your purchase included a free product, the free product must also be returned with the original purchase for a full refund. If any items are missing, the refund amount will be reduced accordingly to account for the cost of the retained items.
Exchanges
To initiate an exchange, please email us at hello@luminanceglow.com and include the following information:
- Name
- Order ID
- Email address
- Reason for the exchange
Our team will respond to your request within 24-48 hours with further instructions.
Refunds
- Returned items must be mailed back within 30 days and received by Luminance before we can process a refund.
- Refunds will cover the product cost, minus shipping fees.
- Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, or those left unclaimed, will incur a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Note: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns.
Suspicious Activity
We reserve the right to refuse service, returns, or exchanges to individuals who have demonstrated suspicious or fraudulent activity in their account.
